Bonique Edwards is a storyteller with more than 27 years’ experience in cultural transformation and leadership development. She has implemented diversity, equity and inclusion strategies that go beyond checking the box for companies and organizations nationwide.

Powered by innovation, Bonique is an operations strategist who helps leaders strengthen their “bench team members,” so they can be promoted to the starting lineup. An organization that builds a strong bench is more productive and substantially more capable of culture transformation.

Bonique uses proven data, strategies, and tactics to encourage organizations to start having ‘Critical Conversations’ in the workplace.  Having authentic conversations create a pathway to progress, which fosters inclusion at all touchpoints of an organization. Bonique has managed and coached teams of up to 200 people and leverages her experience to help managers identify their leadership style, and make tweaks to amplify employee performance.

When not wearing her human resources and operations hats, Bonique is a Digital Marketing Strategist who propels digital platforms for organizations globally. For more than 22 years, Bonique has led a team of creatives who specialize in website development, graphic design and social media.

In addition, Bonique worked in the Partner Marketing division for There she helped create strategic buisness and marketing partnerships. Among her accomplishments, she redesigned the website and increased customer conversion by more than 85%.

Her company, Kaleidoscope Digital, has received numerous awards and was nominated by the Walt Disney Company as Supplier of the Year. Further Kaleidoscope Digital was featured on KTLA’s hit show “Making It”, which highlights the triumphs of businesses of color.

Bonique received a professional certificate in digital marketing from the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.  Further, she is graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Anderson School of Management’s Management Development Certificate for Entrepreneurs (MDE) program. She also received her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

Bonique is a past board member for The National Association of Women Business Owners, Los Angeles (NAWBO-LA) chapter, a past board member for the UCLA Black Alumni Association and a guest lecturer at Loyola Marymount University.
